Discounts for Libaries and Booksellers
All books on our website are designated by either a trade or short (academic) discount for booksellers and libraries. Our trade discount is a quantity discount: We offer 25% to bookstores and libraries that order four or fewer books, and a 45% discount on orders of five or more. This amount can be any combination of books and does not have to be five of one particular title. Our short discount applies to our academic and scholarly titles and is for 36% for orders of any quantity.
Payment Policy
Individual customers may pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discovery) or check. Our standard payment terms for libraries and booksellers are 30 days net. We accept payment via credit card or company check.
Return Policy for Booksellers
Permission to return is not required. We gladly accept returns and will issue a credit to be used against your existing balance or a future purchase, provided that the books are in resale condition and are not from an invoice that is more than six months old. Ship returns via UPS or US mail, postpaid, and include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number.

Examination and Desk Copies
Requests for examination copies should be submitted in writing (via fax or mail) on departmental letterhead and include the course title and number, estimated enrollment, and the semester the course will be taught. Examination and desk copies are available at a 75% discount, plus shipping. Include your phone and email and we will contact you to request credit card information for your order.
